The Role

• Serve as a trusted marketing partner to the Japan leadership team, while being based in the Entegris Tokyo office. The Field Marketing Specialist will help shape and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities to support growth initiatives in Japan. 

• Under the guidance of the Asia Field Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and events. The position focuses on enhancing Entegris' brand visibility and reputation, promoting the company's solutions and products, generating qualified leads, and driving meaningful engagement with customers, prospects, employees, and industry stakeholders to support business objectives in Japan. 

In this role, you will: 

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events across Japan including online, in-person, and hybrid formats, to strengthen brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and support demand generation throughout the semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging ecosystem. 

• Define goals and strategies and develop execution plans 

• Partner with Solutions Marketing, Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, and subject matter experts to translate customer insights, market feedback, and field perspectives into localized messaging and compelling content, including technical papers, presentations, white papers, videos, and other marketing assets that effectively engage target audiences and communicate key value propositions 

• Manage event logistics, vendors, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up  

• Partner with Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution 

• Track, measure, and evaluate campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing performance, investment decisions, and outcomes 

Promote Entegris' employer brand in Japan by partnering closely with Human Resources (HR) to support recruitment initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, enhance employer reputation, and contribute to talent attraction efforts. 

• Collaborate with HR to define strategic objectives and develop integrated employer branding and content promotion plans aligned with recruitment priorities

• Localize and adapt corporate employer brand messaging in partnership with HR and Corporate Communications to ensure relevance and resonance with local audiences

• Develop and execute employer branding content and marketing assets in collaboration with HR, Brand & Digital Marketing, and Corporate Communications, leveraging multiple channels and formats to engage prospective talent and elevate Entegris' presence in the market

• Track, measure, and analyze employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance brand awareness, candidate engagement, and recruiting effectiveness

Minimum qualifications 

• Native or business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in integrated, field, B2B, or event marketing within technology-focused industries, such as semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, cloud computing, SaaS, or IT services 

• Strong experience partnering with technical stakeholders and developing compelling marketing content and messaging across multiple channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and sales enablement materials 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on marketing or communications 

Preferred qualifications 

• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver results and meet deadlines 

• Experience collaborating with senior global and local leaders in a matrix organization or multinational company is a plus 

• Ability to leverage data, metrics, and insights to make recommendations and drive continuous improvement 

• Experience with email marketing (EDM) and social media marketing, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LINE, as well as other digital marketing channels relevant to the Japan market
