Key Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for brand E-Commerce business set up and establish E-Commerce processes and enhance procedure optimization to align with business growth and strategy

Key Area of Responsibility:

• Develop E Commerce strategy to deliver significant growth in VF revenue.
• Manage the E Commerce site to provide great brand experience and optimize conversion including merchandising, promotions, and user experience
• Lead the technical strategy for the E Commerce site. Identify and implement an E Commerce platform that delivers against business requirements and supports aggressive growth goals.
• Maintain the E Commerce platform including upgrades / optimizations, security, redesigns, etc.
• Co work with 3rd party logistics providers to optimize order fulfillment and return processes.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics including revenue, conversion, etc. Identify opportunities to optimize site and drive revenue based on active business management.
• Analyze site performance and consumer and r recommend and implement improvements based on findings.

Experience:

• Experience in Retail industry is a must

Others:

• 5 years and above of proven success growing a high-performing e-commerce site
• Experience producing strategic E Commerce roadmaps and assessments
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and to influence effectively, often without formal authority
• Demonstrated ability to deliver E-Commerce revenue and profit by driving traffic, improving conversion, increasing larger average order sizes and maintaining margin performance
• Exceptional project management and planning abilities
