About the Role
The Document Cloud organization is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of the Scan app. The role requires an individual with excellent project management abilities and an outstanding track record of delivering results. You'll operate at the intersection of product strategy, integration of AI technologies, and driving initiatives across diverse teams.

What You’ll Do

• Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projects.

• Closely partner across product, marketing, business, engineering and other partner teams to handle dependencies, define schedules, plans, and drive alignment.

• Be a change agent: Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to our customers.

• Effectively handle change and risk, collaborate with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are thoughtfully adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.

• Manage and drive sophisticated decision-making and problem solving in a decisive, confident and timely manner.

• Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Own Outcome Metrics - Define success metrics and instrumentation pre-launch; monitor post-launch performance against engagement, quality, and business-impact targets, and course-correct based on data.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years’ experience as a Program Manager in SaaS and/or related industry. A combined history of product management, Dev or quality engineering work with customer support experience.

• BS/BA or equivalent relevant years experience

• Bias toward direct, risk-calibrated judgment over neutral status reporting — you flag what's actually at risk, not just what's on track

• Demonstrable record to lead multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management.

• Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog and development management are required.

• Customer focus and ability to demonstrate intuition, customer feedback and data to rapidly test and validate products and features.

• Ambitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action

• Strong executive presentation skills; comfortable distilling technical complexity into clear risk and status narratives for leadership

• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
