The Talent Development Senior Associate is an experienced learning professional responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating high-quality talent development programs across North America while supporting the company’s global learning framework and strategy. This role translates enterprise priorities and emerging capability needs into practical, scalable learning experiences that accelerate new-hire productivity, strengthen consulting and technical capabilities, increase manager effectiveness, and support career growth.

As a hands-on program owner, this person will lead the full lifecycle of assigned talent development initiatives, from needs assessment and program design through facilitation, coordination, measurement, and continuous improvement. The Senior Associate will own North American internship programming, manage and continuously improve the learning management system, and maintain the content, tools, governance, and data needed to deliver consistent learning experiences. Working closely with global Learning and Development colleagues, People and Culture, practice and business leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers, this role will ensure programs reflect global standards while responding to North American business needs, client-delivery expectations, and future capability requirements.

In this role, you can expect to: 

• Independently own the end-to-end design, development, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of North American talent development programs, ensuring alignment with Spaulding Ridge’s global learning strategy and evolving business priorities.
• Lead the North American learning calendar and serve as the primary program lead and facilitator for virtual and in-person learning experiences, including consulting capability building, manager and leadership development, technical enablement, professional skills, and enterprise learning campaigns.
• Own the North American internship program from planning through completion, partnering with Talent Acquisition, People and Culture, practice leaders, Resource Management, and business stakeholders to create consistent experiences that accelerate integration, role readiness, and time to productivity.
• Consult with practice and business leaders to assess current and future capability gaps and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions that strengthen consulting excellence, client delivery, leadership effectiveness, and readiness for AI-enabled ways of working.
• Design and maintain high-quality curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, job aids, assessments, surveys, and reinforcement resources using adult learning, instructional design, and behavior-change principles.
• Manage all aspects of program execution, including project plans, stakeholder alignment, communications, enrollment, facilitators, vendors, materials, technology, delivery logistics, and post-program reinforcement, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality learner experience.
• Serve as the primary administrator and program owner for the learning management system, overseeing course configuration, assignments, enrollment rules, reporting, user support, data integrity, content governance, review cycles, archiving, and the overall learner experience.
• Establish and monitor learning success measures, including participation, completion, learner feedback, knowledge application, etc. and use data, business feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact.

Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, enablement, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience delivering learning programs in a professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering a learning management system; experience with Docebo or a comparable platform preferred.
• Working knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
• Strong project and program coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Comfort using learning data, reports, surveys, and spreadsheets to identify trends and make practical recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including confidence facilitating virtual and in-person sessions.
• Ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and levels while adapting to different business and learner needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Learning, facilitation, coaching, or project management certification is a plus.

In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
