Seasonal Duties

• Print all pick list orders.
• Assign shipping carriers based on the weight and destination of orders.
• Create shipment labels, bills of lading, and manifests using courier software.
• Communicate with shipment carriers.
• Schedule delivery pickups.
• Change the status of all open fulfillment orders in the database and attach tracking information.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.

General Job Duties

• Perform data entry, including entering shipping and customer information into various web portals and business systems for the purpose of shipping and tracking customer orders.
• Create bills of lading and carrier-specific shipping documents.
• Create labels for the warehouse.
• Order supplies.
• File damage claims if necessary.
• Assist with general duties in the warehouse as directed by management.
• Communicate general and specific information to management as needed.
• Organize company documentation following required recordkeeping procedures.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, good manufacturing practices, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain good attendance.
