Salesforce Analyst
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Revenue Excellence team in Madrid.
In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of Salesforce-based solutions delivered to our clients. You will work closely with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to validate system functionality, identify defects, and support successful project implementations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem solving, and is interested in building expertise in cloud technologies and business process optimization.
The Role
- Partner with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and expected system behavior.
- Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios for Salesforce and related business applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with project teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Validate business processes and system configurations against client requirements.
- Support release readiness activities and help ensure successful deployment of new functionality.
- Review system changes and enhancements to evaluate potential impacts on downstream processes.
- Create clear documentation of testing results, quality findings, and recommendations.
- Assist with building proof-of-concepts and validating solution designs prior to deployment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to testing standards, QA processes, and delivery methodologies.
You Have
- Degree in Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, Business, or similar is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving quality and user experience.
- Experience with software testing, quality assurance, business analysis, or process validation is preferred.
- Familiarity with creating test cases, executing test plans, and documenting defects.
- Understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, or other cloud-based business applications is a plus.
- Experience with defect tracking or project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data validation, workflows, and business processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, DocuSign, or other enterprise technologies is advantageous but not required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is a must, any other spoken language is a plus
