About the Role: 

Responsible for developing and managing dealer and channel partner relationships to drive sales growth. Strong communication, customer engagement, and relationship management skills. Proven experience in Channel Sales for HVAC products, including VRF/VRV systems, Ducted Units, Cassette ACs, and Light Commercial products. Ability to coordinate effectively with dealers, distributors, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion. 5 to 10 years 

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Hi-Wall & Cassette, Light Commercial & VRF (TOSHIBA & CARRIER) Business Development in Rayalaseema Region.

• Business expansion by appointing new Distributer / dealers for Room Air conditioners across Rayalaseema Region.

• Distributer / Dealer Development & confidence building for 3X business expansion in the next 3 years.

• Enquiry generation through Influencer & Distributer / Dealer Management.

• HVAC design and build Jobs Experience.

• Complete Ownership of Region for Hi-Wall & Cassette sales (Room Air conditioners)

• Achieving monthly & Yearly billing target as well as collection as per the sales KRA.

• Critical Escalated - Personal visit on Site

• Timely material forecasting.

• Constantly work in region to increase the market share of Hi-Wall & Cassette business in territory.

• Supporting & taking ownership of Hi-Wall & Cassette sales

Education & Experience Required:

• MBA Graduate

• 10+ years of experience
