Sales Representative Pitched roofing
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Pitched Roofing division, covering the Mid Sweden region.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing new business and nurturing existing client relationships throughout Mid Sweden (including Mälardalen, Stockholm, and Dalarna). Your primary client base will consist of merchants, roofers, roofing partners, and retail construction chains.
This is a home-office-based field position where you will spend the majority of your time engaging directly with customers, collaborating with colleagues across BMI to deliver tailored solutions. You will report to our Sales Manager Pitched roof in Sweden.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales consultation and support to both current and prospective clients.
- Foster strategic partnerships with Monier roofing partners and key merchants based on priority and segmentation.
- Uncover new project opportunities and manage end-to-end project follow-up.
- Engage with contractors, builders, home chains, and building supply outlets.
- Organize and execute customer meetings, workshops, events, and training on Monier and Icopal products.
- Serve as a BMI representative at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
- Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies while continuously evaluating the local market.
- Relay customer insights regarding product quality, brand perception, and service offerings back to BMI.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation within SAP CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
What You Bring to the Role:
We are looking for someone with background experience in sales or technical advisory roles. You possess proven expertise in consultative sales, contract negotiations, and maintaining strong client relationships, ideally within the building materials or contracting sector.

Key Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Fluent in Swedish with professional working proficiency in English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly throughout your assigned region in Sweden.
- Prior experience working in organizational change environments is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office) and hands-on CRM experience (preferably SAP and C4C).
