JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Team Management: provide training, support, and administer accountability for a team of Design Consultants to ensure they meet the sales targets.

Personnel Development: provide leadership and assist with the development of the Design Consultant Mentor team. Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: build strong partnerships across all other business functions, aimed at driving efficiencies and supporting a world-class homeowner experience.

Recruitment: participate in hiring process to ensure proper capacity in location is 
maintained.

Administrative: ensure required administrative tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
