About the role

As Sales Force Trainee, you will be the bridge between our Sales Force team and the wider Haleon organization. You will help ensure best-in-class execution so that every interaction between our experts and patients becomes a meaningful moment that inspires better everyday health and wellness for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and follow-up of Sales Force meetings and events.

• Design and maintain the KPI reporting system, including processes and tools, to track Sales Force performance.

• Analyze KPI results to identify opportunities, and lead root-cause analysis with area leaders to define and trigger action plans.

• Develop internal communication tools, such as a competitive intelligence newsletter, to share market and competitor insights across areas.

• Manage purchase requests for service projects and provide project management support to ensure timely delivery.

• Partner with operations and project teams to ensure data integrity, enabling informed decision-making and process automation.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and prepare reports that answer strategic business questions, drawing conclusions and making clear recommendations.

• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify practical solutions.

• Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and barriers, and propose improvements to processes, reporting, and intelligence gathering.

• Contribute to the design and execution of pre- and post-implementation plans for projects.

• Entry Level
• Profesional titulado: graduado universitario en Ciencias Administrativas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
• Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y obtener insights.
• Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis, incluyendo elaboración de reportes y manejo de bases de datos.
• Manejo de Power BI deseable.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
• Alta capacidad de aprendizaje rápido, adaptabilidad en entornos cambiantes y resiliencia frente a desafíos.
• Habilidades de organización y planeación.
• Proactividad y comunicación efectiva.
