What You'll Do
As a Sales Counselor, you will play a key role in driving occupancy and promoting the exceptional lifestyle offered at The Village at Rockville by:
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
- Conducting personalized tours and showcasing community amenities, services, and programs
- Managing leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through move-in
- Following up consistently and proactively with prospects to maintain engagement
- Developing and implementing outreach strategies to generate new leads
- Participating in community events, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with operations teams to ensure a seamless resident transition
- Maintaining accurate prospect records and sales activity within CRM systems
- Achieving occupancy and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, senior living, or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read and speak English

Compensation:
Salary Range: $74,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus commission opportunities.
Final compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and overall professional background. This position offers significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure tied to sales performance.
