Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support third-party onboarding and due diligence activities by ensuring risk assessments are completed in accordance with established procedures.
- Review and maintain third-party risk documentation within the Third-Party Risk Management system.
- Assist Business Owners and Vendor Service Owners with collection and validation of required due diligence documentation.
- Monitor risk assessments and follow up with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely completion of open tasks.
- Perform initial reviews of questionnaires, supporting evidence, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Track remediation activities, issues, and action plans related to third-party risk reviews.
- Support ongoing monitoring and reassessment activities in accordance with TPRM requirements.
- Generate operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications between Business Owners, vendors, risk groups, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with audit, compliance, and regulatory requests related to third-party risk activities.
- Escalate complex risk concerns, exceptions, and unresolved issues to TPRM Analysts or management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in risk management, vendor management, compliance operations, procurement, audit, information security, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in risk management support, project coordination, program support, or a related field required.
- Experience working with workflow systems, ticketing platforms, or risk management tools preferred.
- Certification in risk operations, compliance support, or internal controls preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
- English proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of risk management concepts and third-party risk principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
