Als Workplace Experience Ambassador (m/w/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Besucher und Mitarbeitende – und sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt.

Das erwartet dich

• Empfang mit Herz und Verstand: Du begrüßt Besucher und Mitarbeitende professionell und herzlich, beantwortest Fragen, gibst Orientierung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Empfangsbereich
• Sicherheit im Blick: Du managst den Zugang zum Gebäude, registrierst Besucher, vergibst Badges und arbeitest eng mit unserem Sicherheitsteam zusammen
• Service-Champion: Als Markenbotschafter stellst du sicher, dass jeder Kontakt mit unserem Unternehmen positiv in Erinnerung bleibt – Anliegen und Beschwerden löst du souverän und kundenorientiert
• Post- und Paketlogistik: Du nimmst Lieferungen entgegen, verteilst die Post, koordinierst Kurierdienste und behandelst vertrauliche Sendungen mit größter Sorgfalt
• Telefon- und E-Mail-Zentrale: Du steuerst den Telefonverkehr, leitest Anrufe weiter und behältst das Postfach im Griff
• Event-Unterstützung: Du hilfst bei der Organisation von Meetings und Veranstaltungen – von Raumreservierungen über Technik-Check bis zum Catering sorgst du dafür, dass alles perfekt läuft
• Office-Management: Du kümmerst dich um Büromaterial, Konferenzräume, Videokonferenz-Technik und Pausenräume – alles soll top aussehen und funktionieren
• Administrative Aufgaben: Terminkoordination, Reiseplanung, Dokumentation – du unterstützt dort, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird

Damit überzeugst du uns

• Erste Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder im Einzelhandel wünschenswert
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Empfangs- oder Servicebereich

• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
• Professionelles, freundliches Auftreten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Telefonsystemen
• Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
