About the role

The Safety & Security Manager – Night Shift oversees the daily operations of the building and its facilities, ensuring smooth functionality. You will act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, while managing fit-out and reinstatement processes for tenant areas as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the building and its facilities, ensuring smooth functionality
• Manage and coordinate fit-out and reinstatement processes for tenant areas as needed
• Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Monitor and coordinate defect rectification and maintenance efforts to uphold the building's standards
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and monthly operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Supervise contractors and external service providers to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and timelines
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between tenants, other departments, insurance providers, and contractors
• Provide guidance, supervision, and ongoing training to team members to enhance their performance and skill sets
• Ensure comprehensive management and oversight of all contracts within the building to uphold contractual obligations and safety standards
• Coordinate with Security and traffic team regarding safety and traffic flow in premises

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Property, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or any related field
• At least 5-7 years experiences in Building Management field
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience with building rules and regulations, and industry standard
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong Problem-solving skills and Interpersonal Skills
• Leadership abilities to supervise teams effectively
• Working Time: 22:00 - 07:00
