Sobre este puesto de Revenue Operations Analyst en Blackbaud
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate contract requests, resolve operational questions, and deliver an outstanding internal customer experience.
• Manage customer subscription and renewal information within business systems, helping ensure customers receive the products and services they purchase and that account records remain accurate.
• Review contract adjustments, invoice corrections, and credit requests by validating order history, billing details, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Administer and process opportunities, quotes, contracts, and related transactions within Salesforce and Workday while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and participating in training related to artificial intelligence, Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of contract administration and order-to-cash processes, including invoicing, billing activities, subscription management, and revenue operations workflows.
• Understanding of operational controls and data accuracy requirements, with the ability to review transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine issues using established procedures.
• Experience working with customer relationship management, billing, or financial systems, preferably Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required.
