The Role:

As the Retail Operations Project Manager, you will lead and deliver retail operations projects across the EMEA region, helping to ensure our stores are set up for success from day one. Working across new store openings, pop-ups, relocations, and operational improvement initiatives, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders to drive projects from planning through to execution.

You'll act as a key point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected across our retail organisation. We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative project professional who enjoys building relationships, managing complexity, and driving results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your Impact:

• Own the delivery of retail operations projects across the EMEA region, from planning through to launch and post-project review.

• Develop project plans, critical paths, milestone trackers, dashboards, and communication tools that support successful execution.

• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Expansion, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, People teams, and store leadership to align priorities and ensure operational readiness.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand and operational standards.

• Care for stakeholder relationships by providing clear communication, managing expectations, and driving accountability across multiple workstreams.

• Support new store openings, pop-ups, relocations, and change initiatives to create seamless experiences for store teams and customers.

• Lead continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing project management processes, and sharing best practices across the business.

• You understand how cross-functional teams work together to deliver exceptional operational and customer experiences.

• You have strong influencing and communication skills and can drive progress without direct line management responsibility.

• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building strong relationships across field and corporate teams.

We would Love to Hear from People with:

• Experience supporting or leading retail projects, store operations initiatives, or multi-site programmes.

• Experience with new store openings, store relocations, refits, pop-ups, retail events, or operational improvement projects.

• Experience working cross-functionally with retail operations, retail expansion, facilities, IT, finance, marketing, or supply chain teams.

• Strong project management skills, including creating and managing project plans, critical paths, milestone trackers, and action logs.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
