What you'll do

• Visit 6-8 Walmart stores daily within your assigned territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders through direct store-level selling

• Generate incremental revenue through SSO (store-specific orders), off-shelf display placements, and feature execution

• Build professional relationships with Walmart store coaches, store managers, and market managers

• Execute half-pallet display placements and ensure proper product positioning, signage, and modular integrity in the pool care aisle

• Provide daily reports on store visits, orders placed, competitive activity, and customer feedback

• Track and report competitive product placement, pricing, and promotional activity

• Complete a structured 4-week onboarding program covering product knowledge, SSO ordering, Walmart store operations, and in-store selling techniques

• Pair with an experienced Solenis field rep who will provide mentorship through ride-alongs and ongoing coaching throughout the program

• Apply your interpersonal and communication skills to engage store-level decision makers and build lasting relationships

• Use your problem-solving ability to identify out-of-stock situations, modular integrity gaps, and display opportunities during each store visit

• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the field after the training period

• Bring energy and a competitive mindset to a fast-paced, results-driven field sales environment

• Coordinate with market managers on display approvals and seasonal placement decisions

• Communicate field insights to the Project Spark team to inform territory and product strategy

We are hiring for the following markets: Dallas, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Charlotte, Sacramento, Birmingham, Newark NJ, Oklahoma City, and Augusta, GA

Due to the field-based nature of this role, access to a reliable vehicle for daily use is a requirement.

This role will be from February through July of 2027.  This is ideal for December 2026 graduate or a student able to work full-time both Spring and Summer.  A degree is not required for this role.
