Job Description

What You’ll Do

Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages.
Serve as Charge Nurse, coordinating care and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff.
Ensure compliance with Emergency Department nursing standards and best practices.
Communicate unit needs and concerns to department leadership.
Support staffing needs, including floating and on-call responsibilities as assigned.
Promote safe, compassionate, and exceptional patient care—even when the pace is at its highest

Additional Job Description

What You Bring

Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association
2+ years of RN experience
BSN preferred, not required
Strong leadership, delegation, communication, and critical-thinking skills
