What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages.
- Serve as Charge Nurse, coordinating care and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Ensure compliance with Emergency Department nursing standards and best practices.
- Communicate unit needs and concerns to department leadership.
- Support staffing needs, including floating and on-call responsibilities as assigned.
- Promote safe, compassionate, and exceptional patient care—even when the pace is at its highest
Additional Job Description
What You Bring
- Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
- BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association
- 2+ years of RN experience
- BSN preferred, not required
- Strong leadership, delegation, communication, and critical-thinking skills
