If you're a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a minimum of 12 months acute medical or surgical experience and looking to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity. St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne is offering a fully supported and structured 12-month Pathway to Specialty Practice program - your gateway into Perioperative and Peri anaesthetic nursing with a permanent role waiting for you when you finish.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pathway to Specialty Practice - Perioperative and Peri anaesthetic program has both full-time and part-time positions available. It is scheduled to commence on the Monday the 1st of February 2027.
For Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, we offer the program in the following specialty areas:
- Intraoperative (Instrument/Circulating) Nursing
- Peri Anaesthesia (Anaesthetics and Recovery/PACU) Nursing

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have;
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Enrolled Nurses need to hold Diploma of Nursing Qualification
- Recent acute care medical or surgical experience (minimum of 12 months)
