What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business across commercial and generalist roles
• Building long‑term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping
• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
• Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)
• Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
