About the role

• 직원, 방문객, 외부 업체 등과 잘 소통하여 요청 사항을 원활하게 해결하여 직원과 방문객 모두에게 좋은 경험을 제공함.
• 항상 전문적이고 친절하게 전화, 메일, 메시지를 응대하고, 문의 사항을 처리함
• 방문객, 외부 업체 관계자 및 일반 방문객을 맞이하고 안내하며, 전문적이고 예의 바르며 존중하는 태도를 유지함.
• 출입증(ID카드)을 관리하고 방문객 기록을 잘 관리함.
• 리셉션 자리에서 상주하며, 전화나 이메일을 통해 고객이 언제든 연락할 수 있도록 함.
• 개인적인 사유로 휴가를 사용할 경우, 관리자와 고객에게 사전에 알림.
• 우편물, 행랑, 주차 요청 등을 관리함.
• 사무실 시설 관리 업무를 지원함 (보안, 보건 관리 점검 업무포함)
• 다른 팀원 부재시에 해당 업무 지원함(강남/가산)

About you

• 세부 사항에 대한 높은 주의력, 성실함, 그리고 집중력.
• 팀원, 임직원 등 내외부 관계자들과 원활한 협력 관계를 구축하고 유지할 수 있는 능력.
• 책임감이 강하며, 회사 규정을 준수하고, 업무 우선순위를 설정하며, 여러 업무를 병행할 수 있는 능력.
• 업무의 질을 중시하는 태도와 꼼꼼한 서류 관리 및 업무 처리.
• 영어 : 외국인 방문객과 간단한 소통 및 서류 작성.
