Job Summary (Core Highlights)

This is an Expert- Level or Master-level, senior quality management role focusing exclusively on the PC industry. The incumbent must possess solid PC end-to-end full lifecycle quality management experience and cross-market business vision. Differentiated from general quality engineer roles, this position independently owns complex PC quality project governance, PC competitor quality benchmarking & analysis, and full-set AI quality strategy deployment for PC scenarios. The role leads cross-functional teams to drive quality system iteration, reduce PC product defect & after-sales failure rates, and empower core market competitiveness of PC products through systematic, data-driven, and intelligent quality management.

Key Job Responsibilities (PC & E2E Focused)

1. End-to-End PC Quality Governance & Escalation Resolution

Lead closed-loop resolution of critical PC quality anomalies, mass production failures, and escalated customer complaints covering the entire PC lifecycle from R&D design, SMT manufacturing, assembly, reliability testing, mass production delivery to terminal after-sales service. Evaluate quality risks based on PC shipment volume and market impact, drive cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, CO, after-sales) to implement corrective actions and ensure timely alignment with senior management.

2. PC Full Lifecycle Quality System Building & Optimization

Independently establish and iterate PC-specific end-to-end quality standards, workflows, and management systems. Continuously launch quality improvement initiatives for PC product design verification, supplier quality control, mass production process control, and terminal market quality management. Standardize PC quality management processes based on industry specifications and break traditional workflow barriers to achieve refined and standardized quality operation.

3. PC New Product Quality Risk Control & Market Competitor Analysis

Take charge of quality risk assessment and mitigation for PC new product projects (ME, HW, OS, completed management) in proposal, design, pilot, and mass production phases. Independently conduct in-depth PC industry competitor quality analysis, benchmark mainstream brands’ PC process standards, defect rates, after-sales systems, and market quality performance, professional analysis reports, and propose actionable optimization strategies to support differentiated PC product market competition.

4. Data-Driven Root Cause Analysis & Complex PC Project Independent Delivery

Leverage PC mass production, testing, and after-sales data to identify quality trend defects and process deviations. Independently complete root cause analysis for complex PC quality issues, formulate and deploy CAPA plans to continuously reduce PC failure and rework rates. Solely own and deliver complex PC quality projects including new product quality introduction, process upgrade, and mass production quality stabilization, independently coordinating cross-department resources and solving high-difficulty business challenges.

5. Independent AI Quality Strategy Deployment for PC Scenarios

Independently plan and deploy AI-enabled quality management strategies tailored for PC business scenarios. Research and implement intelligent applications including PC automatic quality inspection, process anomaly early warning, after-sales fault intelligent classification, and quality data intelligent analysis. Drive digital and intelligent transformation of PC end-to-end quality management and build an innovative AI quality system for PC products.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Organization Collaboration

Manage internal quality engineer teams and external PC manufacturing & R&D partners, provide professional mentoring and performance management. Establish long-term quality collaboration mechanisms with PC component suppliers and OEM factories, drive continuous quality improvement of the PC supply chain and full-link product quality stability.

Required Qualifications & Experience (Manager Level / High Standard)

1. Education (Mandatory)

Master’s Degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.

2. Professional Experience (Core Requirement)

- 10+ years of working experience in the PC industry (PC related / PC core hardware R&D and manufacturing).

- 5+ years of team management & end-to-end PC quality project leadership experience, with proven track records in full-lifecycle PC quality system construction and complex quality problem resolution.

- Possess marketing business vision, capable of combining PC market competition trends and user quality demands to formulate forward-looking quality management strategies.

- Candidates with working experience in top-tier PC brands or professional PC OEM factories are highly preferred.

3. Preferred Certifications & Background

- Practical experience in AI Agent / AI quality strategy deployment.

- Quality patents or enterprise innovation certification.

- ASQ CRE / CQE / Six Sigma professional quality certification.

- Successful independent cases of PC competitor analysis and end-to-end quality system optimization.

Job Impact: As a core senior PLQPM role for PC business, directly responsible for PC product mass production yield, terminal failure rate, and market brand reputation. Lead cross-regional & cross-department quality innovation projects and build reusable PC end-to-end quality management standards.

Work Complexity: Independently solve multi-dimensional and high-difficulty complex quality problems covering PC R&D, supply chain, mass production, and terminal market. Need to make comprehensive strategic judgments combining PC technology iteration, process upgrade, market competition, and AI intelligent transformation trends.
