About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von internen Audits und Prozessanalysen sowie Verfolgung entsprechend einzuleitender Maßnahmen
• Begleitung von externen Audits (Kundenaudits, Zertifizierungsaudits)
• Kenntnisse integrierter Managementsysteme (Qualitätsmanagement, Umweltmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit, Energiemanagement)
• Prüfplanung im ERP und LIMS
• QM-Stammdatenbearbeitung und Dokumentenverwaltung
• Spezifikations- und Reklamationsbearbeitung
• Initiierung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen sowie deren Prüfung

Ihr Profil

Sie haben erfolgreich ein Bachelorstudium oder eine Technikerausbildung mit naturwissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung absolviert. Alternativ haben Sie eine Berufsausbildung als Chemikant, Chemielaborant oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen und bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einem Unternehmen der chemisch-metallurgischen Industrie mit. Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie bereits über Basiswissen aus dem Bereich Qualitäts-Management, bestenfalls durch eine Weiterbildung zum QM-Fachmann/Fachfrau DGQ, sowie über Auditoren- und Normenkenntnisse. Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-System-Software. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.

Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihr ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Prozessverständnis aus. Ihre Stärke liegt darüber hinaus in Ihrer strukturierten und analytischen Arbeitsweise. Sie sind flexibel, ein Teamplayer und punkten mit Überzeugungskraft und Eigeninitiative.
