About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Planung, Ausarbeitung und Kostenkalkulation sowie Beantragung, Überwachung und Abnahme von Instandhaltungs-(OPEX) und CAPEX-Maßnahmen
• Koordination des Einsatzes von Fremdfirmen
• Kostenkontrolle der Instandhaltung inkl. Schwachstellenanalyse
• Beratung der Betriebe bzgl. technischer Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsanlagen
• Pflege der technischen Dokumentation im Verantwortungsbereich
• Erstellung & Überwachung von Wartungs- und Inspektionsanweisungen
• Betreuung der produktionsinternen Energieversorgung & Infrastruktur
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und des Explosionsschutzes sowie Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen
• Turnusmäßige Wochenbereitschaft

Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder die Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker abgeschlossen und bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Bereich mit. Sie verfügen über Grundwissen zu modernen Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsmethoden sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Ver- und Entsorgung. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie fachübergreifende Kenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft, Kostenrechnung und Kennzahlenmanagement sowie Rechtskenntnisse im Bereich Umwelt, Sicherheit und Sachkunde nach WHG mit. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über Planungskenntnisse im allgemeinen Maschinenbau.

Ein sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und weiteren EDV-Systemen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Englisch runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.
