Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide and coordinate a team of quality engineers, fostering collaboration across various disciplines to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your day involves strategic planning, integrating diverse ecosystems, and ensuring that quality processes are effectively applied. You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, monitor key performance indicators related to testing activities, and facilitate the resolution of defects to uphold product excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to managing quality assurance efforts within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the coordination and mentoring of quality engineering team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance practices seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key metrics for test execution and defect management.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to complex quality challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
