Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, ensuring security, application programming interface, and regression tests are effectively executed. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and report defects, contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to maintain high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the development process.
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate testing tools and methodologies to recommend improvements.
- Document testing processes and outcomes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting to support continuous testing efforts.
- Ability to design and implement test plans that cover security, API, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with environment configuration and data management to support test execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
