For our Supply Chain team we are looking for a Quality & Control Technician that help us support through the whole Northern Continent Region (Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France).
About the role
As a Quality & Control Technician, you will ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our equipment across Air Products Northern Continent depots. Your focus will be on the maintenance, repair, and calibration of electrical and analytical equipment, including gas‑related instruments.
This is a high‑autonomy, field-based role with approximately 60% travel across ~15 depots. You will support local teams, train personnel on equipment use and calibration, and respond to priority breakdowns. Your contribution will directly support essential medical and industrial services.
You will work closely with Depot Managers, Senior Depot Technicians, pharmacists, and our central technical team.
What you will bring
Strong hands-on experience in analytical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Experience with analytical instrumentation in industrial or regulated environments.
Understanding analytical methods, automation, or process analyzers.
Knowledge of GMP, EP, ISO, or regulated gas standards (advantage).
Solid computer skills (SAP, MS Office; automation familiarity a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage weekly travel
Excellent communication skills to train and support depot teams
High level of self‑organization and ability to build relationships across multiple sites
A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on quality, safety, and improvement
Legal eligibility to work across the EU (this role requires an EU passport)
Fluent English (C2 level) is mandatory
Additional language skills are a strong advantage, especially German and/or French
Nice to Have:
Experience in medical manufacturing environments
Previous field technician or multi-site service experience
