As a Quality Assurance/Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm by identifying opportunities and developing skills outside your comfort zone.

Responsibilities
- Leading software engineering projects to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Implementing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Managing API integrations and overseeing application lifecycle management
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software integrity
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute strategic plans for software development initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address system interactions and component linkages
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Engaging in strategic questioning and business requirements analysis to optimize processes
- Confirming project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
