負責領導電話品質管理（Quality Control）及電話訪問（Tele-Verification）團隊，建立並持續優化銷售品質管理及覆核機制，確保各項招攬與銷售作業符合主管機關法令規範、公司內部控制制度及公司治理及公平待客原則。

統籌高齡客戶銷售錄音錄影覆審、遠距投保查核、承保前後電話訪問、保單改換件查核及銷售品質監控等作業，透過風險監測、數據分析、流程改善及數位工具應用，持續提升銷售品質、客戶權益保障及營運效能，並有效降低銷售爭議與不當招攬風險。
