What you will do:
-Manage package cost control, budgeting, and monthly CVR reporting
-Administer subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
-Prepare client progress claims, variation submissions, and contractual notices
-Identify commercial risks and schedule impacts early in site delivery


Experience you need:
-QS degree with established main contractor site delivery background
-Proven track record handling complex building, industrial, or high-tech builds
-Hands-on expertise in progress claims, variations, and cost control


Nice to have / Bonus:
-Exposure to hyperscale data centres, cleanrooms, or FIDIC/PAM contracts
