- Drive project delivery timelines while upholding QLASSIC quality standards.


Experience Needed: Developer-side General Manager or Project Director with 18+ years leading end-to-end high-end strata mixed developments and retail podiums, combined with the commercial drive to monetise strategic landbanks into alternative revenue assets like solar energy.

- Developer-side with deep strata title and pre-development mastery.
- Civil Engineering (Ir.) or Architecture (Ar.) professional registration.
- Commercial mindset unlocking land value beyond traditional residential templates.
- Hands-on agility suited for lean boutique teams over GLC bureaucracy.
- Proven track record delivering mid-upper high-rise mixed-use developments.
