KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our Modernisation Team in Mascot, NSW. In this position, you will lead the delivery of major projects across Sydney, leveraging your ability to effectively manage people and resources, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing project teams.

What will you be doing?

• Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Effectively communicating with customers and subcontractors throughout the project process.
• Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee project financials
• Drive continuous improvement across projects. 

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience managing major projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable (i.e. Construction Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering).
• Lift industry experience desired.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.
