Monthly Rate: $1100

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: US timezone, with PH time overlap

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables

- Coordinate and facilitate client check-in meetings and internal project syncs

- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies within project management platforms

- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and action items are completed

- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and project updates

- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, status reports, and next steps documentation

- Identify potential roadblocks early and recommend solutions before issues escalate

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly

- Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations, scope, and timelines

- Maintain organized documentation and workflows across all active projects

- Monitor project health and provide leadership with regular progress updates

- Support process improvements and help streamline project operations where needed

Good to haves:

- Experience in non profit / purpose-driven space.

- Experience working with global teams (not just US-oriented, but global).

- Experience working with bitrix.
