Sobre este puesto de Project Manager - Integration & Transformation en Destinus
Imagine this. Destinus has just signed its next acquisition. The deal is done, but the real work is just beginning. Different teams, systems, processes and priorities now need to come together without slowing down the business. That is where you come in.
As our Integration Project Manager, you will take ownership of post-acquisition integrations from signing through to steady state. You will not own Legal, Finance, HR, IT or Operations. You will own the plan that brings them all together. You will create structure, maintain momentum, identify risks early and make sure decisions turn into action.
This is a hands-on program management role for someone who can navigate complexity, challenge delays and keep multiple workstreams moving toward the same goal.
At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own the master integration plan for each acquisition, connecting workstreams, milestones, dependencies and owners across the organization
- Drive integration governance through steering committee updates, RAID logs, decision tracking and clear reporting that gives stakeholders an accurate view of progress
- Coordinate workstream leads across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Facilities, Security and Communications, keeping individual plans aligned with the overall integration roadmap
- Lead Day 1 readiness planning, ensuring people, systems, contracts, facilities and communications are ready when the deal closes
- Identify integration risks, blockers and dependencies early and drive resolution before they impact critical milestones
- Track the realization of cost and revenue synergies against the deal plan and clearly communicate deviations, risks and actions to leadership
- Act as the central coordination point for the acquired company throughout the integration, connecting teams and ensuring questions and dependencies reach the right owners
- Run structured integration close-out reviews, capturing lessons learned and translating them into practical improvements for future acquisitions
- Build and continuously improve the Destinus integration playbook, templates and governance model so every new integration becomes faster, clearer and more predictable
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally with exposure to at least one full-cycle M&A integration
- Experience gained within consulting, PMO, operations, corporate development or another highly cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs and drive accountability without relying on formal authority
- Strong project management discipline with experience managing milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance meetings and executive-level reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work across different functions and levels of seniority
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with changing priorities and compressed timelines
- Experience with cross-border integrations involving multiple legal entities or jurisdictions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear actions and decisions
- Fluent English, with additional languages considered an advantage
- Experience within aerospace, defence or another regulated or high-security industry is an advantage
- PMP, PROSCI or an equivalent project or change management certification is an advantage
Who You Are
You bring order to complexity and momentum to situations where multiple teams and priorities collide. You are structured without being rigid, comfortable challenging stakeholders and quick to spot the dependencies others miss. You take ownership, communicate clearly and keep moving even when the full picture is still evolving. Most importantly, you know that successful integrations are not built through endless meetings. They happen because someone keeps the plan alive and makes sure things actually get done.
