What you’ll do

  • Order Management: Manage a high volume of simple make-to-order and OEM equipment projects, ensuring timely creation of BOMs, material planning, production support, and project documentation.

  • Customer Communication: Professionally and proactively communicate project status, changes, and any issues impacting cost, quality, or delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Revenue & Invoicing: Actively manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations, reporting potential risks to senior management for timely mitigation.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate delivery and ensure products meet specifications, are delivered on time, and within budget. Support cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across multiple countries including Australia, India, and China.

  • System Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status in SAP to reflect real-time progress.

  • Onboarding & Development: Engage in a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding process focusing on training, self-learning, and demonstrating strong attention to detail.

  • Travel Requirements: Limited travel expected; primarily office and virtual collaboration within the APAC region.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.

  • Basic logistics knowledge and understanding of commercial practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and at least 1 year of SAP experience or willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or logistics industries.

  • Exposure to slurry pump sets, cyclones, or valves.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.

  • Ability to work within a matrix team structure and manage multiple stakeholders.
