What you’ll do
Order Management: Manage a high volume of simple make-to-order and OEM equipment projects, ensuring timely creation of BOMs, material planning, production support, and project documentation.
Customer Communication: Professionally and proactively communicate project status, changes, and any issues impacting cost, quality, or delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
Revenue & Invoicing: Actively manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations, reporting potential risks to senior management for timely mitigation.
Project Coordination: Coordinate delivery and ensure products meet specifications, are delivered on time, and within budget. Support cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across multiple countries including Australia, India, and China.
System Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status in SAP to reflect real-time progress.
Onboarding & Development: Engage in a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding process focusing on training, self-learning, and demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Travel Requirements: Limited travel expected; primarily office and virtual collaboration within the APAC region.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.
Basic logistics knowledge and understanding of commercial practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and at least 1 year of SAP experience or willingness to learn.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
Exposure to slurry pump sets, cyclones, or valves.
Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
Ability to work within a matrix team structure and manage multiple stakeholders.
