As needed, follow up with staff to ensure that the data is accurate and complete
  • Create reports on FYPS performance to disseminate to contractor and subcontractor for program monitoring and staff supervision purposes
  • Coordinate cross site data and reporting activities for FYPS, establishing standardized approaches for data collection, database management, quality assurance, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables

  • Lead complex data initiatives from project conception through implementation, partnering with program leadership to establish methodologies and deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic objectives
  • Provide technical leadership and training to other program staff, review work products, and promote best practices in data management, reporting, and analysis
  • Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries that communicate program outcomes, trends, service impact, and operational performance to leadership, funders, and external partners

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Data Analysis and Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends and patterns, uncover meaningful insights, and support data informed decision making across programs and services
  • Process Improvement and Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply creative problem solving skills to enhance reporting, data collection, and operational effectiveness
  • Strategic Perspective: Ability to understand how data supports broader program and organizational goals, helping to inform planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Data Quality and Commitment to Excellence: Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in maintaining accurate, reliable, and complete data, while ensuring reporting standards and deadlines are consistently met
  • Project Coordination and Systems Support: Ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to data related projects, and support the consistent use of reporting systems, databases, and data management practices across teams
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, explain data concepts to a variety of audiences, and work effectively with colleagues, program teams, and external partners

Required Qualifications:
