業務のスコープ

l ビジネスパートナーおよびクライアントに対してUiPathオンプレミス製品とクラウドサービスのインシデント対応と技術問題に対するサポートを行う

l サポート時間は週末・祝日を除く月曜日から金曜日までの午前8時から午後8時。シフト制、土日・祝日の勤務に就いた場合は代休を取得

l クライアントで発生したインシデントに対し問題発生メカニズムの仮説をたて、解決に向けたアプローチについて社内各部署の関係者との合意形成をリードし、クライアントに対し最適なソリューションを提供する

l UiPath製品に関する技術検証

l サポート業務の自動化を支えるAIエージェント・ロボットの開発および運用

l 外部公開向けナレッジベース記事の執筆

l 海外の開発部門との問題事象および解決策についての協議

l テクニカルサポート全体についての業務企画、設計およびサービスの提供

求められるスキル・経験

l Windowsアプリケーションの障害解析経験
（Sysinternal,Windbg等によるプロセスダンプ解析およびメモリダンプ解析の経験）

l ネットワークログ（パケットキャプチャ/通信ログ）の解読経験

l C/C++, .NET, Java, Python等での3年以上のソフトウェア開発経験

l ソフトウェア製品のサポート経験
（SaaS/クラウド製品やLLM/生成AIを組み込んだ製品のサポート経験があれば尚可）

l ネイティブレベルの日本語力

l ビジネスレベルの英語力（英文ドキュメント読解、グローバル製品チームとの連携）

l 情報工学/科学またはそれに類する専攻の学位

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team.
