Key Responsibilities:

Accomplished Technical Product Manager/PO with extensive experience collaborating across business, engineering, Analytics and UX teams to deliver productivity and workflow-focused UI solutions. Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle—translating complex business challenges into actionable, prioritized roadmaps and driving agile execution while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Skilled in system integrations, data flows, and enterprise application environments, bringing strong technical acumen and strategic vision to every project. 

 

Skills/Experience:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to uncover strategic opportunities and map operational workflows

• Works effectively across cross-functional teams, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business value to deliver impactful solutions

• Consistently drives measurable improvements in adoption rates, task completion speed, operational efficiency, and error reduction
• Expert in delivering scalable internal products by breaking down complex challenges into clear product roadmaps and executing through agile methodologies
• Ability to quickly internalize complex system, workflow and business process to effectively lead product initiatives
• Collaborates closely with UX and engineering teams to design and implement intuitive, scalable UI solutions that enhance productivity for internal users
• Experienced in owning and managing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and driving incremental value delivery through agile execution
• Proficient with agile product management tools including Rally, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps for roadmap planning and transparent execution
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, Data Analytics and system integrations enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and privacy requirements for enterprise applications.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast paced environment
• Experience in Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Underwriting, Healthcare products/workflow (plus)

60% on site work required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of exp. Expert proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy.
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Software Product Management
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
