As a Product Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our platform. You require a deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions that align with both user requirements and business objectives. You engage directly with clients to conduct product discovery, gather user feedback, and share insights with the Product Owners. 

We're seeking a strategically minded Product Manager who thrives in complex environments and can drive impactful product outcomes. In this role, you will own a key area of our platform, working at the intersection of business, design, and development to conceptualise, deliver, and scale high-impact products.

This role requires not just delivery skills, but also the ability to understand and align with company strategy, translate that into smart product decisions, and proactively manage stakeholders and client expectations. You will report directly to the Head of Product, and play a critical role in both day-to-day product development and long-term planning.

This position is based in Girona, Spain, and reports directly to the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in client meetings to conduct product discovery, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancements based on client interactions.
• Formulate and execute product strategies that align with business objectives, driving innovation and competitive positioning in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Software Engineering to facilitate smooth execution of two-week sprints, providing guidance and removing obstacles as necessary.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the product development process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Own the full product lifecycle for a functional area, from discovery and conceptualization to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Act as a strategic partner to business teams, understanding client needs and proactively identifying opportunities for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Lead to conceptualize user flows and interfaces that are intuitive, consistent, and efficient to develop.
