Work Flexibility: Remote

As the Product Manager, you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies for ASC and NT portfolios within Customer solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create key documents and resources to support commercialization initiatives.

This role requires a 40% of travel.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies that support enterprise solutions for ambulatory surgery center customers.

• Partner with business unit marketing teams to align commercialization plans and support cross-portfolio product and solution launches.

• Create and maintain customer-facing and sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, brochures, proposal content, trade show resources, and account-specific collateral.

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.

• Track, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to solution adoption, commercial execution, and market performance.

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, insights, and resources that support enterprise-level customer engagements and opportunities.

• Lead planning and execution activities for product launches, customer education initiatives, headquarters visits, and national trade show programs.

• Present market insights, performance results, and commercialization updates to sales, marketing, and leadership teams on a regular cadence.

What You Will Need

Required

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.

Preferred

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or marketing-related roles.

• Experience developing commercial marketing materials, sales enablement tools, or go-to-market strategies.

• Experience analyzing business performance metrics and reporting results to stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
• US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
• US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
• US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
• US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
