Help shape how developers work with AI. You’ll translate complex engineering needs into beautiful, intuitive experiences, invent new interfaces for emerging workflows, and bring Greptile’s creative spark to every detail.
Responsibilities
Work closely with engineers and customers to understand developer needs and turn complex workflows into clear, thoughtful designs
Own product design from early concepts and prototypes through final polish
Explore how AI changes the way people interact with software and create new interfaces beyond familiar UI patterns
Bring creativity and personality to the product through distinctive visuals, motion, and interactions
Evolve Greptile’s design system while holding a high bar for craft and usability
Qualifications
3+ years of product design experience, including at a fast-growing startup
A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking
Ability to make complex technical concepts feel intuitive
Curiosity about AI and a willingness to experiment with new ways of designing software
Strong collaboration skills and the ownership to move ideas forward on a fast-moving team
Fluency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Figma MCP, or Paper MCP
