About the Role:

You will join the EMEA Purchasing Team in Tunisia, part of Global Purchasing Operations. The team manages more than 5,000 purchase orders across EMEA, representing over $60 million in annual spend. You will support purchasing operations, analyse data, resolve issues and collaborate with requesters, vendors and Accounts Payable. You will also contribute to tool integration and user acceptance testing to improve purchasing processes and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Review purchase requisitions for quantities, specifications, pricing and delivery requirements.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders accurately while supporting budget and schedule requirements.
• Review pricing quotations and purchasing data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse purchasing data, trends and operational information to support informed decision-making.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking to investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Resolve purchasing issues through effective collaboration with vendors, requesters and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain accurate acquisition records and purchasing data to support controls, reporting and operational requirements.
• Support integration of purchasing tools, systems and processes across operational workflows.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for purchasing tools, enhancements and process changes.
• Document testing results, identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders to support successful implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret purchasing data, identify trends and communicate meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to investigate issues, evaluate information and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to support tool integration across purchasing processes, including identifying requirements and validating operational workflows.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test execution, issue identification, results documentation and validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences across different organisational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential business and vendor information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement or purchasing functions and processes.
• Knowledge of vendor relationship management and purchasing issue resolution.
• Experience using data and reporting tools within purchasing or operational environments.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
