The Process Engineer will monitor and analyze the performance of the baggage handling system (BHS), operational processes, and maintenance activities at Dammam Airport. The role will use operational data to identify problems and their root causes, prepare clear reports and dashboards, and support practical improvements. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Define and monitor key operational performance indicators. 

• Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards. 

• Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and root causes. 

• Recommend and implement improvements to systems, processes, and maintenance activities. 

• Share findings and improvement actions with internal teams and relevant stakeholders. 

• Develop practical solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and service quality. 

• Prepare process documents, procedures, and operating instructions. 

• Allocate improvement opportunities. Track improvement actions and measure their results. 

• Support the operations manager with valuable insights about system and stakeholder performance. 

• Support and coach system operators and stakeholders on system SOPs and best practices. 

Qualifications and experience: 

• Adequate knowledge and experience in BHS 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant. 

• At least three years of experience leading Six Sigma or DMAIC improvement projects. 

• At least two years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, data analysis, or performance reporting. 

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Splunk. 

• Good understanding of databases and SQL. 

• Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
