Carbon Clean has been developing and providing carbon capture solutions since around 2009. Over the years, we have grown our expertise and technology, including the Cyclone CC system, to help industries reduce carbon emissions more efficiently. In the next phase of our growth, we are seeking a Process Control Engineer

📍 Location (Mumbai and Surrounding areas) | 💰 Competitive

The Role will consist of but not limited to:

• Lead the start-up and operation of the pilot plant, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing activities.
• Support the senior operations team in achieving operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with the site on site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins.
• Prepare operating manuals and other documentation associated with plant operation.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Manage and plan workforce to deliver installation, commissioning, and pilot plant trials.
• Prioritise HSE at all times when driving trials.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the manufacturing process.
• Apply strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills across process operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 3 to 5 years of field experience 

• Hands-on experience with start-ups and troubleshooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer etc. plants. 

• Hands on experience in PLC/DCS operation is a must. 

• Installation, commissioning, and operations experience  

• Expected to work in shifts as per business needs.
