As Printer Support Technician you will be responsible for;
- Support approximately 200 printers across an aerospace manufacturing site and assist with the broader North America printer environment.
- Perform printer deployments, installations, configurations, and replacements.
- Troubleshoot printer hardware, connectivity, and user-related issues.
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support and escalate complex issues to Xerox Level 3 support when necessary.
- Support end users across Line 1, Line 2, and associated facilities.
- Coordinate directly with Airbus stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain asset and support documentation as required.
Qualifications;
- 2+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting printers, end-user devices, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting large printer fleets.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes.
Location: Onsite in Mobile, AL
