As a Mid-level Presales Engineer, you will drive mission-critical presales projects across the LATAM Military & Defense (M&D) sector. Partnering closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional engineering teams, you will analyze customer needs, create sound technical designs, and articulate how our ecosystem solutions can deliver real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

LATAM Presales Strategy & Execution

• Manage presales project lifecycles across LATAM Military & Defense opportunities in close alignment with regional Sales Managers

• Lead cross-functional technical engineering groups to analyze customer requirements and construct viable solution architectures

• Oversee presales milestones under tight deadlines to help to ensure operational readiness and project feasibility
   

Bid Ownership & Proposal Management

• Drive end-to-end preparation of system bids, technical proposals, and responses to RFIs and RFPs tailored to specific client needs

• Synthesize technical documentation, system schematics, and equipment specifications into high-impact proposal packages

• Coordinate with strategy, operations, product engineering, and external partners to validate solution feasibility
   

Solution Integration & Customer Engagement

• Design and deliver engaging technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) validations for key stakeholders

• Define technical directions for seamless integration of wireless networks and safety ecosystem technologies

• Leverage consultative communication to analyze customer pain points and help to provide long-term technical value

• 5+ years of presales, technical engineering, or military signal communications experience
   

Job Requirements

Technical Expertise

• RFP/RFI Management to analyze complex customer requirements and direct end-to-end technical proposals

• Ecosystem Solution Integration to align wireless networks, command center feeds, and mission-critical voice/data architectures

• Technical Presentation to conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) validations for technical and executive audiences

• Bilingual Capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in both English and Spanish
   

Professional Experience

• Cross-Functional Leadership to direct multi-disciplinary technical teams under strict proposal schedules

• Consultative Problem Solving to analyze customer operational challenges and construct customized engineering solutions

• Stakeholder Collaboration to build strong working relationships across sales, product engineering, and customer teams
   

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Military, Navy, Army, or Defense sector background, with hands-on experience in military signal communications project delivery

• Hands-on experience with radio planning tools/software and mission-critical voice/data protocols (e.g., TETRA, ASTRO, P25)
