Scope

We are looking for a People Business Partner to provide dedicated People support across Tunisia and France while playing a key role in the continued integration of IP-Label into ITRS. This position will act as the primary local People contact for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation, supporting employee relations matters, managing CCE activities and helping embed ITRS processes, policies and culture. The role will work closely with the wider global People team to deliver a consistent employee experience while ensuring local requirements are met.  

Requirements

As a People Business Partner, you will: 

• Act as a trusted People partner for Tunisia and Paris, providing practical, commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle.  
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, absence and probation, ensuring fair, consistent and locally compliant outcomes.  
• Ensure People policies, practices and documentation remain aligned with local employment legislation
• Coordinate CCE and employee representative activities
• Deliver accurate and efficient People Operations, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, offboarding and HR data integrity.  
• Use People data and insights to support decision making, identify trends and drive continuous improvement across local People processes.  
• Partner with leaders and the wider People team to strengthen engagement, culture, retention and employee experience, supporting organisational change and regional People initiatives. 
• Support the effective management of the office environment working alongside the data and systems officer, ensuring employees have a safe, welcoming and well equipped workplace while coordinating facilities, suppliers and general office operations. 

You will have:  

• 7+ years’ experience working in a People Business role. 
• Good knowledge of Tunisian and French employment law and employee relations processes. 
• Experience supporting managers through workplace complexities and employee lifecycle activities. 
• Strong organisational and administrative skills. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team. 
• Fluent in French and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills including English. 
• Exposure to HRIS and People systems  
• You will be confident using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude to identify opportunities for automation, improve People processes and drive greater efficiency across People Operations.
