PwC Korea PE Group은 국내외 Private Equity Fund, 글로벌 전략적 투자자 및 대기업을 대상으로 다양한 M&A 및 Deal Advisory 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
국내 주요 Private Equity 투자 거래부터 대규모 Cross-border M&A까지 폭넓은 프로젝트를 수행하며, 다양한 산업 및 투자 사례를 경험할 수 있습니다.
주요 업무는 아래와 같습니다.
• Buy-side Financial Due Diligence
• Vendor Due Diligence / Vendor Assistance
• Valuation
• 분할/합병/포괄적 주식교환 등을 포함한 지배구조 개편 업무

우대사항

• 국내외 Big 4 회계법인 Transaction Services 포함 Deal Advisory 업무 경험 보유자
• Private Equity Fund 또는 글로벌 전략적 투자자 대상 자문 경험 보유자
• Native 또는 Fluent 수준의 영어 Communication 능력 보유자
• Data Analytics, Power BI, Alteryx 등 디지털 역량 보유자

급여수준

• 삼일회계법인 내규를 고려하여 결정하되, 상호 협의 가능

근무지

• 삼일회계법인 본사 (서울 용산구 한강대로 100)

채용절차

• 서류심사 -> 1차 면접 -> 인성검사* -> 2차 면접 -> 최종합격
